Support Technician – Bendigo

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Level 1 Support Technician to provide frontline technical support and timely resolution of client incidents as a member of the Maxsum Service Delivery team.
The role requires teamwork, a commitment to professional development and continual improvement, and the ability to meet Maxsum’s goal of providing exceptional customer service levels to our clients.


Support Engineer – Bendigo

We are seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to provide 2nd level technical support and timely resolution of client incidents and requested changes as a member of the Maxsum Service Delivery Team.
This role also involves client project support work and contribution to internal initiatives and project works and requires ongoing professional development and demonstrated commitment to Maxsum’s goal of providing exceptional customer service levels to our clients.


Administration Support Services Officer – Bendigo

Maxsum is seeking an exceptional candidate to provide business and administrative support services to our Sales Team and Executive Leadership Team. This is a highly varied and collaborative role which will cover a range of business services support, office administration and management, and sales and procurement support tasks.
