We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Level 1 Support Technician to provide frontline technical support and timely resolution of client incidents as a member of the Maxsum Service Delivery team.
The role requires teamwork, a commitment to professional development and continual improvement, and the ability to meet Maxsum’s goal of providing exceptional customer service levels to our clients.
We are seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer to provide 2nd level technical support and timely resolution of client incidents and requested changes as a member of the Maxsum Service Delivery Team.
This role also involves client project support work and contribution to internal initiatives and project works and requires ongoing professional development and demonstrated commitment to Maxsum’s goal of providing exceptional customer service levels to our clients.
