Maxsum Offer & Promo General Terms & Conditions
Note: Offer-specific terms & conditions may also apply in which case the offer-specific terms and conditions will take precedence.
- Any and all offers may be subject to product availability, supplier-side terms & conditions, or client, system or licensing eligibility.
- Quoted offers or promotions are considered best and final pricing.
- Any quoted offers or promotions will expire within 7 days of a Quote being issued.
- Special offer and promo pricing, packages or deals only apply to products and services quoted, approved and invoiced prior to the offer and promo end date.
- Quotes that are not approved and invoiced by the offer or promo end date will expire at 5pm on the promo end date, or at 5pm the Friday before the promo end date if that date falls on a non-business day.
- Invoice payments can be made as specified on the invoice provided or directly via Maxsum’s WisePay Payment Portal.
- The offer or promo end date does not apply to product or service delivery, installation or implementation, which may be delivered and invoiced separately outside the offer or promo period.
