Maxsum Consulting achieves Great Place to Work® Australia Certification.
Maxsum Consulting is proud to announce its official certification as a Great Place to Work® Australia – a unique, globally recognised achievement for Regional Victorian founded and grown Managed IT Services Provider.
This milestone is more than a badge—it’s a testament to the culture we’ve built together. At Maxsum, we believe that each and every one of us can Choose to Lead and work together every day to Deliver the Whole Experience to our clients and continue to Build the Ecosystem for our team. This certification reflects our commitment to fostering a workplace where our team feels safe, supported, challenged yet empowered.
Why It Matters—for Our Team and Our Clients
In industries where critical response times and business continuity are part of the everyday, workplace culture and wellbeing are not just nice-to-haves—they’re essential.
The nature of our work means that routine tasks can quickly escalate into high-pressure situations, and our ability to respond effectively depends on the strength, resilience, and trust within our team.
This certification validates our ongoing efforts to build a workplace that supports our people through those moments—ensuring they have the tools, the voice, and the psychological safety to thrive.
At Maxsum, leadership isn’t a word we have stuck up on a poster on the wall – it’s a choice our team makes every day. By Choosing to Lead – individually, collectively and with our clients – we’re building something greater than ‘a place to work’. It’s our team – their commitment, accountability, openness and sense of fun, that make Maxsum not just a great place to work, but an ecosystem we’ve built to support professional and personal growth and wellbeing and for delivering the best possible quality of service to our clients.

Leading Through Change in the Age of AI
As AI-driven work reshapes the way we operate, leadership teams have a responsibility to guide their people through this period of transformation.
At Maxsum, we’re not just adopting new technologies—we’re engaging proactively with our team, learning together other certified workplaces, and pivoting to meet the very real, very human challenges that come with this momentous change.
AI-driven work – just like hybrid and remote work before it – will change our work, our workplaces, our teams and our company cultures. Guiding and leading teams through this change takes big conversations, behavioural guardrails, more human engagement and oversight, open feedback loops, and trust-based “permission to play safely” with tools like Microsoft Copilot.
We want to make sure we remain a Great Place to Work for our team and support our clients to do the same, as we navigate new AI-driven work opportunities.
What’s Next?
Join in some of our celebrations over the coming month. We’ll be celebrating this achievement over a series of upcoming Maxsum events, starting with our AI-Driven Work Event in Bendigo on Tuesday 7 October 2025.
