A skilled facilitator and strategist, Joe brings clarity to organisations seeking to navigate the myriad of business technology options available, define which will deliver real outcomes, and design a transformation and innovation roadmap that will allow them to achieve those outcomes. Joe is passionate about the role emerging technologies, cybersecurity, data, and IoT can offer businesses seeking to innovate and grow beyond their boundaries.
Joe is responsible for delivering Maxsum’s Business Technology Review projects and Virtual CIO engagements.
Kristy Eastman has been with Maxsum since 2015, building on an outstanding career history in project management across the technology and construction industries. Kristy brings to the Maxsum team enterprise-grade project management and team leadership experience, and a sharp strategic focus that enables her to effectively balance both team resourcing demands and project delivery targets.

Rebecca has more than 20 years’ experience working across different sectors in the technology industry both overseas and in Australia. Rebecca specialises in technical content production and marketing, communications to assist with change management, and supporting user adoption in organisations to ensure businesses are well positioned to leverage and maximise their technology investment.
Linda brings some 30 years of office and account management experience to Maxsum. With a career spanning industries and roles across the technology sector, Linda’s experience in both coordinating and managing both client-facing and internal teams makes her a valuable asset to Maxsum and our clients. In her role as Office Manager, Linda supports dual functions across both Maxsum’s finance and HR departments.
