As we come to the end of another year, we’d like to take this opportunity to reflect on our partnerships and thank you for being part of the Maxsum community in 2018.
Throughout 2018 we’ve enjoyed working together with you to get ahead of some of the biggest trends and challenges of 2018.
Cybersecurity came into sharp focus for businesses this year with the introduction of the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme and the GDPR earlier in the year, as well as a rapid escalation in cyber attacks and data breaches across businesses of all sizes. Throughout 2018 we’ve aimed to work consistently with our clients and partners to help you stay ahead of the security conversation with the launch of our MaxSec suite of security offerings and through our numerous security-focused events throughout the year.
Another big focus over 2018 has been to ignite and continue the digital transformation and innovation conversation with clients and partners. As businesses start to embrace the best that cloud, data, and mobile technology solutions have to offer, the next logical question is how can you leverage your technology to level up your digital transformation and innovation initiatives? We spent a lot of time talking about this with clients around their decision-making tables this year, as well as at our Digital Transformation, Innovation and technology in the not-for-profit sector events during 2018.
For the Maxsum team itself it’s been a year of expansion and growth, new partnerships across both our regional and metropolitan networks, plus a few exciting award wins along the way!
So, what’s in store for 2019? Stay tuned early next year as we launch a whole new range of opportunities for you, our valued clients and partners, to continue to Enable Opportunity and Realise Potential in your business through technology.
In the meantime, like many of you, the Maxsum office will close over the Christmas and New Year season.
Please note that all Maxsum offices will be closed from 5:30pm Friday 21 December 2018 through to Tuesday 1 January inclusive. We will reopen for normal business hours from Wednesday 2 January, 2019.
Our emergency after-hours number will still be operating during the shutdown period. All critical issues are to be logged BY PHONE ONLY to 1300 629 786 during the shutdown period.
